The United Nations, or UN, is an international organization formed to promote international peace, security and cooperation under the terms of the charter signed by 51 founding countries in San Francisco in 1945.[1]

UN pressure receptacles are cylinders, tubes, multiple-element gas containers (MEGC) and other gas apparatus regulated by international standards.[2]
