Reverse polarity

Reverse polarity is the arrangement of direct current arc welding leads in which the work is the negative pole and the electrode is the positive pole of the welding arc.[1]

An arrangement of the leads from a direct current power source whereby the electrode is the positive pole and the work piece is the negative pole of the arc.[2]
