Ductility
From GAWDAwiki
Ductility is the property of a metal that allows it to be permanently deformed, in tension, before final rupture. Ductility is commonly evaluated by tensile testing, in which the amount of elongation and the reduction of area of the broken specimen, as compared to the original test specimen, are measured and calculated.[1]
