Cylinder fill pump
From GAWDAwiki
A gas cylinder filling pump is a generic name for a cryogenic positive displacement compressor. Normally, these pumps compress cryogenic liquid from a bulk cryogenic liquid storage container to pressures exceeding 2,000 psig, up to 10,000 psig. This high-pressure liquid is then converted to a gas, typically by an ambient vaporizer, before entering the gas cylinder.[1]
