Carbon dioxide tank
From GAWDAwiki
Carbon dioxide tanks are pressurized containers designed to store and insulate carbon dioxide in a pressurized liquid state. These units have an inner and outer tank. There are two main styles of storage tanks. One utilizes a refrigeration unit to keep the product at a desired temperature. This style tank has four inches of block foam surrounding the inner vessel and an aluminum or fiberglass outer shell. The other style is called vacuum jacketed and utilizes perlite and a vacuum as the insulation material between the inner and outer shell.[1]
