nexAir Opens Tallahassee Location

- 10/29/2012

Memphis-based nexAir, an atmospheric gases and welding distributor, has opened a new branch in Tallahassee, FL, located at 4412 Production Court.

The new branch will serve the city of Tallahassee and surrounding areas, expanding the company’s reach further into Florida. The branch will offer access to a full line of welding equipment, supplies and gases to businesses in the region.

“After opening an office last year in the Dothan market, we saw incredible growth in the need for our services in the Panhandle region, leading to the opening of this new office in Tallahassee,” says Bill Proctor, president of nexAir. “nexAir has more than 70 years of experience in providing quality products and services to our customers, and we look forward to the opportunity to provide that same quality of service to the Tallahassee community and surrounding areas.”

nexAir is one of the largest distributors of atmospheric gases and welding supplies in the United States. Based in Memphis, the company sells, packages and distributes atmospheric gases, including medical, specialty and industrial gases. nexAir also sells related products, including welding equipment, welding supplies, safety supplies and dry ice. Founded in 1940, nexAir operates in nine states with 32 locations and more than 330 employees.
