Knoxville, TN, distributor Holston Gases acquired Cumberland Welding Supply Co. in Somerset, KY. The Somerset operations of Cumberland Welding and Holston will be consolidated. “This is a perfect it,” says Holston Gases President Robert Anders. “The gas and supply products of Cumberland Welding will complement those of Holston Gases, allowing the customers to consolidate their purchasing with one vendor at competitive prices.” Holston now has 21 locations in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and North Carolina.
