Welders Transform Hurricane Damaged Bridge into Reef

Welders and machinists have been cutting and remaking a bridge heavily damaged by Hurricane Katrina. The bridge, which led into New Orleans before the hurricane, is in the process of becoming an artificial reef at a cost of $1.2M.
