The Transportation Security Administration proposed modifications to the hazardous materials endorsement process, changing the information drivers are required to provide. National Tank Truck Carriers sees the proposal as a “positive development,” saying that it addresses issues which make it difficult for drivers to obtain the hazmat endorsement.
