Superflash Adds Engineering, Sales Staff

Superflash Compressed Gas Equipment, IBEDA, Inc. added new hires to its sales and engineering teams. The company appointed Jon Schultz to the position of assistant sales manager for national accounts. Jeff Smalheer was named lead design & product engineer.

Schultz will focus on developing new and growing existing National Accounts in North America.  He completed a one year comprehensive training program with Superflash and has almost ten years of sales management experience in the service industry. Schultz earned a B. S. degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

“Jon Schultz brings a broad base of equipment, sales management, and customer service knowledge to SuperFlash Compressed Gas Equipment, IBEDA Inc.,” says Kurt Tarkany, global sales manager.  “He will be a key part of company and a terrific asset as we continue to grow.”

Smalheer will lead the design and product engineering teams in the development of new products compressed gas safety and control products. He has five years compressed gas equipment engineering experience with Western Enterprises (Westlake, OH). Smalheer earned his B. S. degree in Engineering at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio.

“Jeff brings a wealth of experience and engineering knowledge of compressed gas equipment engineering to our company. We are delighted to have him join our engineering department,” says Randy Shultzaberger, general manager & COO of Superflash / IBEDA Inc.  “He has already made significant contributions to our engineering teams on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.”
