Victoria Rockwell, director of investment and development at Air Liquide, took part in the recent White House Forum on Women and the Economy. Rockwell attended as president of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. President Obama addressed the minority of women in the STEM fields of science, technology, engineering and math. “No unspoken bias or outdated barrier should ever prevent a girl from considering careers in these fields,” he said. “When creativity is limited or ingenuity is discouraged, that hurts all of us.  It denies America the game-changing products and world-changing discoveries we need to stay on top.”
