Praxair, Inc. will announce its second quarter earnings on Wednesday, July 28, 2010. The earnings will be released prior to the marketing opening, and a teleconference to discuss the earnings will follow at 11:00 a.m. Eastern. The session will also be available via webcast on Praxair’s website.

Presentation materials for the teleconference will be available online the day of the meeting. For details on tuning in to the webinar or conference call, visit www.praxair.com/investors. A replay of the teleconference will be available on the Web and by phone following the presentation.
