Oxygen Generating Systems Intl. of North Tonawanda, NY, has built 2 systems for hospitals in Haiti in need of on-site oxygen generation to support the earthquake relief effort.

The first system being delivered to Sacred Heart Hospital in Port-au-Prince is capable of providing 500 liters of medical grade oxygen per minute, enough oxygen to support roughly 200 hospital beds stationed in rooms with no oxygen supply line. The second is a cylinder-filling plant traveling to an ad hoc hospital in the capital relief area where cylinders will be filled and transported to various facilities in need.
