Oxygen Returns to Jet Restrooms

The Federal Aviation Administration is requiring airlines to put oxygen systems back in jet restrooms. The latest rule revers a decision last year to remove oxygen systems for fear that they could be used to start a fire. The FAA has not yet approved any new designs for use, but expects the new systems to be harder to tamper with.
