OSHA Releases Regulatory Agenda

OSHA released its semiannual regulatory agenda for fall 2011, including 11 final rules and five proposed rules that are expected to move forward through the rulemaking stages over the next year. Among the rules, the Hazard Communication Standard is set for final action in February 2012.
