NuCO2 Adds Beverage Assets

NuCO₂ acquired certain retail beverage carbonation assets from Praxair, adding 7,500 customer locations to its business. “This is an excellent fit overall,” says NuCO₂ CEO Michael E. DeDomenico. “We are planning for a smooth and seamless integration of the business into NuCO2’s existing service platform.”
