NuCO2 Adds Beverage Assets

NuCO2 acquired certain retail beverage carbonation assets from Praxair, adding 7,500 customer locations to its business. “This is an excellent fit overall,” says NuCO2 CEO Michael E. DeDomenico. “We are planning for a smooth and seamless integration of the business into NuCO2’s existing service platform.”
