Norco, Inc., of Boise, ID, announced the acquisition of Valley Medical Shoppe, a respiratory and medical supply firm with locations in Idaho Falls, Blackfoot, and Rexburg, ID.

“This is a great move for Norco and for health care in Eastern Idaho,” says President Ned Pontious. “We are excited to strengthen this region and continue to serve medical facilities, patients, and these great communities. As Norco grows, we need great people and facilities. We have found that by adding these stores and people to the Norco family.”

Valley Medical Shoppe began 26 years ago when Gary Aiman and Rick Smith, partnered together to serve the communities in Eastern Idaho. Since then they provided oxygen and durable medical equipment services to the region.
