MAXAL Inc., located in Traverse City, MI, is now part of Illinois Tool Works Welding North America. “This is a strategic move for our business and ultimately enables us to deliver more value to our customers and the industry overall,” says Steve Anderson, one of the principal founders of MAXAL. Jim MacIntosh remains president of MAXAL, and the company will continue operating at its current location.
