Linde North America is expanding its capacity to supply ultra-high purity gases to a semiconductor manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest. The company will expand its Hillsboro, OR, facility by adding a plant to manufacture ultra-high purity nitrogen and oxygen. These products will be delivered by pipeline to the customer. The new plant is in addition to the two existing ultra-high purity nitrogen and oxygen plants already operating at the Linde site.
