Jones Welding & Industrial Supply (Albany, GA) held an open house at its store in Tallahassee, FL. Demos of popular equipment, from smaller MIG welders on up to industrial-sized welders, appealed to a range of customers in the area. Local radio station Gulf 104 helped promote the event and broadcasted live from the open house. “The exposure we get from the event and the radio coverage is incredible, particularly with niche markets that we sell to,” says President Brandon Jones. “Our sales were great, but the exposure is primarily what we were looking for. We want customers to come to our location to see what we have.”
