The Senate Committee on Energy and National Resources held a hearing on May 10 to discuss the Helium Stewardship Act of 2012. David Joyner, president of Air Liquide Helium America, Inc. and Walter Nelson, director of helium sourcing at Air Products and Chemicals, spoke at the hearing.
