The U.S. House of Representatives says it will vote on the Small Business Jobs Act this week, days after the Senate passed the legislation. House Democrat Leader Steny Hoyer says the vote will occur sometime after Wednesday. The Senate took three months to vote on the small business legislation after it initially passed Congress. The proposed bill would create $30 billion in small business lending and $12 billion in tax breaks.
