Delaware Court Rules No Conflict of Interest in Air Products Representation

Delaware Chancery Court Chancellor William B. Chandler III ruled that the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore can continue to represent Air Products in its bid to acquire Airgas. The firm had represented Airgas for years and the acquisition target claimed a conflict of interest.
