Chart Reports Quarterly Earnings

Chart Industries, Inc. reported second quarter fiscal year 2010 net income of $2.4 million. This is down from the second quarter 2009, when the company’s net income was $17.8 million. The company’s net sales were down 11% year-over-year to $139.1 million; however, this was an 18% increase over the first quarter 2010.
