CONCOA Receives Award - 5/21/2009
Virginia Beach, VA – CONCOA, a leading manufacturer of gas pressure and flow control technologies, is the recipient of the Gases & Instrumentation International 2009 Golden Gas Award. Accepting it on the company’s behalf at the recent Pittsburgh Conference on Analytical Chemistry and Applied Spectroscopy in Chicago were President Sande Dukas and Special Gas Product Manager Larry Gallagher.
Winner in the gas delivery system category, CONCOA was recognized for its work on the Medical IntelliSwitch, an automatic gas switchover offering continuous pressure and flow control for use in hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities and medical gas pipeline systems. An independent panel of judges selected the winning product based on its ability to solve an important challenge to the gas industry, technological innovation, environmental “green” attributes, superior specifications, cost-effectiveness and quality.
