After two years successfully flying as the Farmers Airship, the world’s largest airship, Airship Ventures’ Eureka, is once again available to a new sponsorship partner. The airship’s gas envelope holds 296,643 cu. ft. of helium. Since 2010, the gas-filled airship has appeared at professional golf, tennis and NCAA football events. Along with the traditional appearances, Eureka drew attention for its unique day-to-day job as a passenger and scientific research platform. The Airship was recently featured in Welding & Gases Today’s Holiday Gift Guide as a unique service that relies heavily on the gases and welding industry.
