Airgas Reports Quarter Earnings

Airgas reported Second Quarter sales of $1.19 billion, an increase of 12 percent over the prior year. Hardgoods increased 14 percent and gas and rent climbed 7 percent. Acquisitions contributed sales growth of 2 percent in the quarter.
