Airgas Issues Notes

Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) announced on March 10 that it has priced $250 million of 2.85% senior notes due October 1, 2013. Proceeds of the offering, which is expected to close on March 15, 2010, will be used to reduce the outstanding balances of the company’s revolving credit facilities.
