?Air Liquide Canada, a subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, acquired all of the assets of Sunox Industrial Gases Inc. a distributor of industrial gases, welding equipment and propane located in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, with a branch in Concord, Ontario.

"The acquisition of Sunox strategically aligns with Air Liquide Canada's business activities and growth plans, strengthening our presence in Ontario, a market representing substantial growth potential," says Air Liquide Canada President and CEO Adam Peters.

Sunox Industrial Gases’ former owners, Claude Chabot, Glenn Davidson and Ken Coleman, will join Air Liquide Canada and assist with the integration and long term development of Air Liquide’s distribution network in Ontario.
