Cryogenic pump

Cryogenic pumps, also known as cryopumps, are high-speed vacuum pumps that produce extremely low vacuums and use little power. Pressure is reduced when gases condense on surfaces with very low temperatures, usually using liquid helium or liquid or gaseous hydrogen.[1]
