Abrasive wheel

From GAWDAwiki

Jump to: navigation, search

An abrasive wheel is a non-metallic disc that uses an abrasive, such as Carborundum, to cut masonry and metal. Commonly used in power saws.[1]

Abrasive wheels come in various shapes and sizes, including straight wheels, straight cup wheels, flaring cup wheels and others.[2]

Federal safety regulations vary based on the type and size of the wheel, and how it is being used.[3]
